ຜ່ານມານີ້, ໂຮງຮຽນນານາຊາດ ປັນຍາທິບ (PBIS) ຮ່ວມກັບ ສະມາຄົມການສຶກສາພາກເອກະຊົນ, ພະແນກສຶກສາທິການ ແລະ ກິລານະຄອນຫຼວງ ແລະ ສູນປົກປ້ອງ ແລະ ໃຫ້ຄຳປຶກສາເດັກ ແລະ ແມ່ຍິງ , ສູນກາງສະຫະພັນແມ່ຍິງລາວ ຈັດການເຝິກອົບຮົມໃນຫົວຂໍ້ “ວຽກງານການປົກປ້ອງຄຸ້ມຄອງ (Safeguarding) ແລະ ການສົ່ງເສີມສຸຂະພາບຈິດຂອງເດັກພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມ.”
ການເຝິກອົບຮົມຄັ້ງນີ້ ມີຄະນະຜູ້ບໍລິຫານ ແລະ ຄູ ຈາກ 15 ໂຮງຮຽນ ໃນເມືອງສີສັດຕະນາກ ແລະ ເມືອງໃກ້ຄຽງເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ ເພື່ອຮຽນຮູ້ ແລະ ແລກປ່ຽນແນວທາງໃນການປ້ອງກັນ ແລະ ດູແລນັກຮຽນໃນຊຸມຊົນຂອງຕົນ ເນື່ອງຈາກສະພາບສັງຄົມປັດຈຸບັນ ເດັກ ແລະ ໄວຮຸ່ນຕ້ອງປະເຊີນກັບຄວາມທ້າທາຍຫຼາຍດ້ານ ທັງຈາກໂລກດິຈິຕອນ, ສື່ອອນລາຍ, ຄວາມກົດດັນດ້ານການຮຽນ ແລະ ການປ່ຽນແປງທາງອາລົມ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ, ຄວາມຮູ້ດ້ານ ວຽກງານການປົກປ້ອງຄຸ້ມຄອງ ແລະ ການສົ່ງເສີມສຸຂະພາບຈິດຂອງເດັກ ຈຶ່ງເປັນທັກສະສຳຄັນສຳລັບຄູ ແລະ ຜູ້ບໍລິຫານ ເພື່ອສາມາດສັງເກດ, ເຂົ້າໃຈ, ປ້ອງກັນ ແລະ ໃຫ້ການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອນັກຮຽນໄດ້ຢ່າງທັນເວລາ. ນີ້ຖືເປັນອີກໜຶ່ງກິດຈະກຳດີໆ ຈາກ PBIS ທີ່ມຸ່ງເນັ້ນການພັດທະນາການສຶກສາໃນຊຸມຊົນຢ່າງແທ້ຈິງ!
Panyathip British International School (PBIS), in collaboration with the Private Education Association, the Vientiane Capital Education and Sports Department, and the Protection and Counseling Center for Women and Children, and Lao Women’s Union, organised a training workshop on the topic ‘Child Safeguarding and Mental Health Promotion in Secondary Schools’.
The training brought together school leaders and educators from 15 schools across Sisattanak District and neighbouring areas to learn and exchange approaches to protecting and supporting students within their communities.
In today’s social context, children and adolescents face numerous challenges arising from the digital world, online media, academic pressures, and emotional changes. Therefore, knowledge of safeguarding and student mental health promotion has become an essential skill for teachers and school leaders, enabling them to observe, understand, prevent, and provide timely support to students.
This represents another meaningful initiative by PBIS, demonstrating its continued commitment to supporting educational development and building a safer, more caring community.
