- Citizen of any of the 51 Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) member countries ລວມທັງປະເທດລາວ
- Young leaders – ranging from entrepreneurs, students, academics to professionals and beyond – between the ages of 18 and 30
- Strong command in English (verbal and written)
ASEF follows the principles of equality, non-discrimination and equal opportunity. All applicants will be screened fairly regardless of sex, race, religion, belief, martial status, sexual orientation and disability.
The organisers will provide travel subsidy and accommodation to the successful participants based outside of Luxembourg. Meals will be provided to all selected participants for the full duration of the programme.
